What's not included?

• In Poland it is not customary to add a tip for the driver, to your bill. Tipping is up to you.

What to expect?

• Pick up from hotel - Please, bring the document confirming your identity with You (passport
• or ID) as it is required by museum of Auschwitz.
• The journey from Krakow will take about 2 hours
• The driver will give you an entrance ticket, and help you find the starting point where the
• guide will be waiting.
• Tour of the first part of the Auschwitz Museum. Approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes.
• Break between the first part of the tour and the second. Approximately 25 minutes.
• Tour of the second part of the Birkenau. Approximately 1 hour.
• Your driver will pick you up after the second part and take you to Krakow.

• The maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Museum can not exceed

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel this tour within 48 hours of booking, you will receive a 70% refund. You will not receive a refund if you have made a booking 7 days before the tour date. Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau is crowded with tourists. Therefore, as soon as we receive your booking and payment. We reserve a place for you so that you have a seat on the day of your tour. We strive for the highest quality, we don't want you to be left without your entrance tickets. This is why we pay for your place immediately after receiving your booking. If you use an intermediary. You may face cancellation the day before. Not with us!
